SHIPPING POLICY

We understand the importance of delivering your products in the finest condition and on time. Therefore, we have partnered with some of the Best courier partners in the country to seamlessly deliver your products on time.

  • How does the delivery process work?

Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.

Next, your item is passed through a quality check and then your item is packed before handing over to the courier partner.

Then, your Order Reach your nearest Hub for delivery. 

In case no one is at home/office to receive the order, A redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.

In case your address falls at a location that is not served by our delivery partners, Then our team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to Deliver Your Beautiful Product In 4-12 working days for all domestic orders and 12-16 days for all international orders, We Deliver Orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.

Please note - During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crises, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping at www.ecospacehub.com, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. All products are only eligible for refunds and return only if they’re not tampered with, failing to do so will lead to the product getting damaged and your claim will be null and void. All refunds and returns are at the sole discretion of EcoSpaceHub.com upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.

 

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid).

 

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product. The refund will be done within 15 days after receiving the product.

Cancellations

For cancellations please reach out to us at info@ecospacehub.com. Ensure that you mention the order number in the email and is only eligible within 48 hours of ordering from the website.
